Swimming with Friends

So this last weekend we got together with our friends the Huffs. Brian and Steve (the dad) have been friends since high school. We've always had a great time together, and try to get together once a month. (I have to brag though this only happens because of the wives.) So this last weekend we got met at Liberty Park and let the kids swim (aka wade) in the streams they have there. So here are some cute pictures I was able to get.

Daddy and Toes

So I know I'm a little late on this but here is a picture from Fathers Day. Elise gave Brian an orange camping chair. As you can see from the picture though Elise is using it a little more than Brian, but that's OK Daddy doesn't mind sharing. The second photo is Elise's new obsession, her toes!? I'm not sure if I should be concerned. But it's really cute she looks in between her toes and says "yucky" or "dirty." It's funny what facinates her.

Update

OK so here's the update with Melody. So I had an ultrasound and a doctors appointment today and the placenta has not moved. (So in case your wondering what the heck I'm talking about I have Placenta Previa meaning the placenta has attached partly on top on the cervix. That's not a good thing, if you want to know more Google it.) So as of right now were planning on a c-section. :( The cooling thing is it's scheduled for 08/08/08! That would be an awesome birthday! One bummer though is I can't travel further than 50 miles from the hospital so no Jackson Hole Trip. But I will have one more ultrasound in about 5 weeks for the final judgment. But here is a cool image we got of Melody, it shows her hair. I knew she was going to have hair because of all the heartburn but now I have proof! Just look where the arrow is and you can see she already has some!

New Chair

So this last weekend we went looking for a recliner. Jessica highly recommended it for nursing and just holding your baby. So we found one in the clearance room at RC Wiley. It was a few hundred cheaper than what we were budgeting for so we had to get it right then. Luckily it fit in the explorer, it is going where we had the love sac and man it really opens up the room when you get rid of that sac of wasted space! I love it, and as you can see Elise really loves it. Just one more step closer to preparing for the baby.
