Catch up post....

I painted Elise's toes for the first time. When you ask her what color they are she says "pretty."
I love how my children help me look tan :)

My girls are growing up so beautifully!

This last weekend we helped at a dance competition by lining up all the dancers before they go on stage. (we only do this for Brandi and Brandi only!) We were there on Friday for 5 hours and Saturday for 12! We were so exhausted by the end. My parents took care of the girls for all of the competition but they dropped them off around the end of Saturday. Elise was so cute dancing to the music, she also found this hool-a-hoop and drug it around with her for the rest of the night. She's was a little confused and kept calling it a rope? Oh well it did keep her entertained though! I'm really excited to get her started in dance soon. She's already started to talk about her birthday and she keeps saying she's getting dance shoes for her birthday and a princess cake.

So here's the update on us for now. May is going to be a really crazy month with 2 weddings, Brian graduating and going to Arizona! I'm so excited!

She's mobile!

Happy Easter!
Our Easter was so great in our house! The girls were so happy the Easter Bunny knew where we live now. They got some cool stuff, and yes Bethy that's the bucket o bubble you gave Elise for her first birthday. I found it while I was packing so take it up with the Easter bunny if you don't like my re-gift :)

I just thought this picture was so funny! Melody can give the best faces sometimes. So this is our Harley Baby ready to go!

Our Deiters is off now! She is officially crawling. I think she really started while my parents watched her this weekend while we moved but I'm just going to pretend that the first time was with us. As you can see in the background our house is a disaster area. More to come with pictures of our house, just give me a few more days. :)

A Loooooooong Weekend

This weekend was very productive but very long! We got a ton done on our house, (I love saying that, our house!) But we were very exhausted by Sunday. We painted the girls rooms:
Elise's room, before
After

Melody's room, before
After
Candice loving every minute of painting!

Jason doing the "potty dance"

I really got into it!

Brian wearing my mom's "painting shirt." She got it for $1.80, we think she paid too much :)

Jenny and Fez dropped off our washer and dryer for us, after they unloaded Fez pulled his truck into the field behind us to unload his sandbags and got stuck in the mud. It was a huge muddy mess. We had to have our neighbors come and pull his truck out, great way to meet your neighbors! :)

Last we needed to put in a garage door opener. The previous owners took it with them!? They were foreclosed on so they were pretty ticked and took a lot of things. Our house is set up for central vac but they took the vacuum that runs it!? I know strange!

Were so happy we got all that done before the big move this coming weekend. Thanks a million to my family coming down and helping and thanks Brian's family for watching the girls so we could get all this done. Also thanks Fez and Jenny for driving out to drop off out washer and dryer. We couldn't have done it without any of you guys!
